Giveaway: Forever by Maggie Stiefvater (Signed Copy)!!!!
The ladies here at Bibliojunkies would like to thank all of our twitter followers that made it possible for us to give away our lovely signed copy of Forever by Maggie Stiefvater!
So, here's the deal - many blogs are doing crush tournaments and pitting fictional heroes against one another. Here at Bibliojunkies, we have been battling it out over these tournaments (you may have seen the epic battle between Nat and Bel on Twitter). We decided that we want to know who is your favorite YA fictional heroine? And why? Leave your answer in the comments and we will randomly select a commenter to win Forever! We will keep the contest open until Sunday, August 7, 2011. Sorry, this contest is not open internationally.
Good luck!

Thanks for following me back on Twitter (@HippesBeuTBooks) We would have an hyseterical fit if we won Forever!
ReplyDeleteThis is a hard question. I'm going to have to go with Ella from Ella Enchanted. She is a strong female protagonist who isn't easily won over. She isn't submissive like other females and knows how to handle herself!
Thank you for the chance! :)
My favorite heroine is Katniss from The Hunger Games. She is such a strong person ans tries to protect the people she loves.
ReplyDeleteThanks

Thanks for the giveaway, I really want to win this!!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite heroine is Kelsey Hayes form Tiger's Curse. She is really strong in spite of the tragities of her past. She is compassionate and caring, all things I love in a good character!

I'm ineligible since I'm married to one of the @BiblioJunkies, but I'd really like to see Katniss just open a can of whupass on Pre-Vampire Bella. I mean really, that would be just fun to see.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite heroine would be Tally Youngblood from the Uglies series. I love how much she changes through the series, and that even though she gets thrown into situations, she always finds a way out.

I've also got to go with Katniss. She's just so badass and only gets stronger with adversity. @poisnivyred poisnivyred@gmail.com
ReplyDeleteI love Jessie Gillmansen from the 13 To Life series by Shannon Delany. She annoys me to death, but I absolutely adore her! Just read the series and you'll understand why. :)
