Waiting on Wednesday (70)

Waiting on Wednesday is a weekly meme, hosted by Jill at Breaking the Spine, that highlights future releases that we are excitedly anticipating.

Here Without You (Between the Lines, #4)By Tammara Webber
Publication Date:  August 6, 2013

Everyone has secrets.
Some are buried so deep, their existence is forgotten.
But a secret never told can turn into a lie.
And in love, a lie is one thing:
Poison.

Reid's in love with Dori, though she hasn't told her parents that she's fallen hard for the guy they'd forbidden her to see. Now she's leaving for college, and Reid's promise not to push her to go public is wearing thin, especially when she can't - or won't - return those three important words he wants to hear.

Five years ago, Brooke and Reid were a Thing. That relationship is long gone, detonated amid allegations of cheating - but they still share a secret that would stun everyone they know and alter public perception of them both if it ever comes out. And it's about to do just that.

Here Without You is the fourth, final installment in the Between the Lines series, which includes: Between the Lines, Where You Are, and Good For You.

  1. I haven't heard of this one before. Sounds like a sad book.

  2. Loving the cover for this one, the letter casing doesn't bother me. :-) Book one is on my tbr pile, I hope to finally read it this year! Nice pick.

  3. Haven't heard of this series, but it sounds like a nice contemporary. By the look of the cover, I'm guessing as to what that secret just may be. Hope you enjoy Here Without You when it comes out in August. :)

  5. Thanks for stopping by everyone! I really enjoyed this series. It's different and you definitely have to read them in order. The characters are fascinating as Tammara Webber isn't afraid to have main characters that are thoroughly unlikable. Reid is a perfect example. In book one and two you just want to punch him. But she manages to make you love him in book three. I find an author's ability to do that with a character simply amazing. Definitely add them to your TBR lists if you like contemporary YA/NA.

  6. Kristin - Too funny! That doesn't bother me but I do have issues with other things like that so I totally understand where you are coming from.

  8. Ohh! I've been thinking about starting this series for awhile now, and I think I might take the leap and buy the first one now that I know the final book is coming out! It seems a lot heavier than what the description for the first book is, so I'm looking forward to the transformation! Or maybe I just don't remember the first books synopsis?
